What are the costs?
Good things happen fast, but great things take time, which is why I only accept purchase of packages in increments of 3 (E.g. 3, 6, 9, 12 sessions).
Depending on the topics and/or areas of focus, based from your current starting place, and of course, the awarnesses that come out of the sessions themselves, goals may change. For this reason, we will work together to define a plan
best suited for you.

As a non-medical doctor, I cannot at this time accept insurance payments and only accept direct payments. I however, continue to explore other ways in which I can help ease the burden and making coaching even more accessible to all.

For every new client, I offer as part an obligation-free chemistry session so that we are able to learn more about each other how we may best work together.
